Positive Signs in Aspen’s Real Estate Market
Aspen’s High End Market is heating up and general consensus among the brokers is that the bottom has been reached. According to Land Title Guarantee Company, which tracks all recorded sales in Pitkin County, dollar volume from real estate transactions is up nearly 22 percent from the first half of 2009 – $573.8 milllion compared to $471.5 million.
