Deerbrook Townhomes

For the first time since 2001, there are dramatic price reductions in the Aspen and Roaring Fork Valley real estate market.  Buyers have an opportunity to pick from a good selection of well-priced properties.   In Snowmass Village specifically, an older townhome property recently sold and a brand new beautiful home just went under contract.  Both properties had great ski access on Snowmass Mountain.

According to the Aspen/Glenwood MLS, Snowmass Village had its largest sale year to date in March 2009.  On March 6, Deerbrook C-3 closed for $2,350,000. Originally listed at $3,950,000, the listing price dropped to $3,075,000 prior to going under contract.  The Deerbrook Townhomes were built in 1990 and have a front row seat to the new Base Village and click-in/click-out access to Assay Hill out their back door.

Additionally, another property went under contract March 23rd. 71 Slopeside Lane in the exclusive Pines at Owl Creek subdivision is a newly constructed home with contemporary finishes and excellent ski access to Two Creeks lift. The property is listed at $10,350,000 or $1,835 per square foot.
