On May 20th, 1500 Tiehack Road went under contract and was listed at $15,500,000. The 11,000+ square-foot home closed on July 7th for $11,250,000 after spending 404 days on the market. Located in a gated area of the Maroon Creek Club, this home has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms plus 2 powder rooms. Additional amenities include 7 fireplaces, hand-hewn walnut floors, an elevator, and a theater with 100″ projection screen.

31 N. Willow Court sold on July 8, 2009 for $13,250,000 before it was ever submitted to the Aspen MLS. This home was built in 2006 and boasted dramatic views overlooking the golf course. The 8,648 square-foot home has 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms plus 2 powder rooms, a full gym, office/wine room, and 875 square feet of decks and patios.

On the real estate market for only 16 days, 340 Pfister Drive is currently under contract. The 7,247 square-foot home was listed at $6,950,000 and came on the market June 2nd. The sales price will not be public knowledge until the home closes, but the listing price is less than $1,000 per square foot.

The Maroon Creek Club is located at the base of Buttermilk Ski Area just two miles from the heart of Aspen. The private Maroon Creek Club Golf Course meanders through the homes, many of which offer spectacular views of the Aspen Valley.
