Activity in the Aspen real estate market has picked up in the past 60 days, especially in the Maroon Creek Club neighborhood. Out of 14 single family homes listed on the market in the Maroon Creek Club, one sold in July and another home is under contract.  A 3rd home sold prior to being listed on the open market.

On the real estate market for only 16 days, 340 Pfister Drive is currently under contract. The 7,247 square-foot home was listed at $6,950,000 and came on the market June 2nd. The sales price will not be public knowledge until the home closes, but the listing price is less than $1,000 per square foot.

 

The Maroon Creek Club is located at the base of Buttermilk Ski Area just two miles from the heart of Aspen. The private Maroon Creek Club Golf Course meanders through the homes, many of which offer spectacular views of the Aspen Valley.
