In past weeks, showing activity has increased for properties listed with Joshua & Co. in its Aspen,  Aspen Highlands and Snowmass offices.

Since January 1st, 2010, the Aspen MLS has reported 46 properties going under contract pending a sale, and 30 sales in the Aspen, Snowmass Village and Old Snowmass areas.  The same time frame in 2009 showed 35 pending sales and 28 closings.   For more market information, please click here to contact me with your direct questions.
