This 18,000 square foot property on 6.45 acres was a non-profit facility called “Silver Lining Ranch” located next to the Aspen Club. The site was originally developed and used as a retreat for terminally ill children, and was run by former professional tennis player Andrea Jaeger’s Little Star Foundation. City Council agreed last month to allow Jaeger to convert the Silver Lining Ranch property on Ute Ave. from a nonprofit into a single-family home in order to facilitate it’s sale. The property included approximately 800 square feet of river frontage, pool, pool house and incredible views of Independence Pass.
