Great Late Summer Real Estate Activity in Aspen

The Aspen real estate market is showing significant signs of improvement.

An interesting article appeared in the Aspen Daily News last week, entitled “Late Summer is Hot for Real Estate Activity“.  August has been an extremely busy month for showings and contracts, and hopefully that will translate into more closings.

It is a wonderful time for interested buyers, as home prices are competitive and there are some gorgeous properties available.

I am committed to providing my clients with an unparalleled luxury real estate experience.  Please call me at 970/205-2206 if I can be of assistance or visit me at my downtown Aspen office, located at 516 E. Hyman Avenue.

Best wishes for a wonderful end of summer!
